These terms of service apply to your use of pesimulator.com (the “site”). pesimulator.com is operated by VCI Institute (“VCII”).

Agreement

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site. These terms apply to the marketing site only. Use of the VCII Super Simulator application at sim.vci.institute is governed by the terms of service of that application.

Permitted use

You may use this site to learn about the VCII Super Simulator product, compare it to alternatives, read our FAQ, and contact us. You may not scrape this site at scale, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to host content that is not yours.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, layout, design, and code, is owned by VCI Institute or licensed to us. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions without written permission.

Trademarks

“VCII”, “VCI Institute”, “PE Simulator”, “VCII Super Simulator”, and the VCII logo are trademarks of VCI Institute. Trademarks of other companies referenced on this site (for example, Wall Street Prep, BIWS, Corporate Finance Institute) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Comparison content

This site contains pages comparing the VCII Super Simulator to other PE training products. We strive to be accurate and fair. Where we are uncertain about a competitor’s current pricing or features, we mark the claim as needs verification and link to the competitor’s official site. If you believe any comparison content on this site is inaccurate, write to support@vciinstitute.org and we will review it within 5 business days.

This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The simulator is a training tool, not financial advice. Nothing on this site or in the simulator constitutes investment advice, legal advice, or accounting advice. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.

Limitation of liability

VCII is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Where applicable law does not permit such limitation, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for use of this site, which is zero (the marketing site is free to access).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
