Built by operators, for operators.
PE Simulator is the marketing home for the VCII Super Simulator, a live practice environment for private equity. It exists because books teach vocabulary, cases hand you answers, and spreadsheets teach mechanics. None of them put you in the room where judgment compounds.
Why VCI Institute built this
The gap is not information. The gap is rehearsal pressure. Associates learn faster when artifacts connect across sourcing, diligence, value creation, and exit, and when feedback arrives on work they actually produced, not slides they consumed. The institute routes nonprofit discipline into pricing and curriculum so individuals and schools can access serious practice without enterprise-only pricing by default.
Leadership
Mohamad Chahine
Founder, VCI Institute
The program reflects an operator bias: ship the artifact, defend it, revise it. Structured data on this site lists the founder for entity clarity. Day-to-day product and support run through the institute team and published support channels.
Curriculum lineage
The simulator sits alongside institute certifications such as COPPE and CVCA. Those programs certificate rigor at institute pace. The simulator certificates judgment under repetition. They pair when schools want both breadth and depth.
What makes it different
Integration, not isolation
Outputs from early workspaces feed later ones so you cannot pretend the narrative and the numbers agree when they do not.
AI as pace-setter
Four specialist advisors shorten iteration loops. They critique and draft against your context. You still own the decision.
Proof, not participation
Quizzes, certifications, and progression markers document practice, not seat time.
Try the simulator on your next deep-work block.
Start from the welcome page, run one module end to end, and see whether your artifacts survive contact with the next step in the lifecycle.
