This privacy policy explains how pesimulator.com handles information when you visit this site. pesimulator.com is operated by VCI Institute (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “VCII” below).

What we collect

This site (pesimulator.com) is a marketing site served from Cloudflare. It does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or payment details on this site.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic and product interest (for example, which pages and CTAs are used). GA4 may set cookies or use similar storage when analytics storage is allowed. IP addresses sent to Google are anonymized in our configuration. Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization are denied by default via Google Consent Mode.

A consent banner lets you grant or deny analytics storage. Until you grant consent, analytics storage remains denied. Your choice is stored locally in the browser so we do not ask again on every visit.

When you click a link to start a free trial or open the demo, you leave this site for sim.vci.institute, which is the PE Super Simulator application. Once on that application, you may create an account and provide an email address and (if you upgrade) payment information. The privacy policy of sim.vci.institute applies to information collected on that application.

When you contact us by email at support@vciinstitute.org, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent.

Cookies

This site may use cookies or similar local storage for (1) remembering your analytics consent choice, and (2) Google Analytics measurement when you have granted analytics storage. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site ad tracking on this marketing site. Technical cookies required to deliver the site from Cloudflare may also be set by the edge network. We do not control every third-party technical cookie.

Third-party services

Google Analytics (Google LLC) processes measurement data when analytics is enabled under Consent Mode. See Google’s privacy documentation for how Google handles that data.

When you click an external link from this site (for example, to vciinstitute.com or sim.vci.institute), the privacy policy of that destination applies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites we link to.

The simulator application at sim.vci.institute uses Stripe to process payments and billing. Stripe receives payment information, not this marketing site. This marketing site does not currently use a separate email service provider, form processor, or CRM.

Your rights

If you have contacted us by email and want us to delete that email and our response, write to support@vciinstitute.org with the subject line “Delete my data” and we will do so within 30 days.

If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA. To exercise these rights, write to support@vciinstitute.org.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the homepage of pesimulator.com for at least 30 days.
